About the vacancy

In order to provide our customers from an offshore setting with the quality they are used to with services from their own country, our partner call centers abroad are supported by our own trainers. If you always like to see more of the world and show off your training and educational skills abroad, this is your chance! We are looking for full time trainers to join our motivated team!

What are we looking for?

• Extensive experience as a supervisor and/or trainer in the contact center branch (at least 3 years).
• Set up sales routes yourself including the corresponding customer contact.
• The possibilities and ambition to work independently.
• An initiative person. You always think along and come up with input yourself to raise the quality of our services to an even higher level.
• Minimum Bachelor work as well as thinking level.
• The ambition to see people grow in their position through your training support.
• An international mindset and the willingness to travel on average 70% of your time to 1 or more of the countries mentioned above.
• Perfect command of the English language, and preferably at least basic mastery of 1 of the other languages ​​(German, Dutch, French or 1 of the Scandinavian languages).
• In case of sufficient suitability and a longer employment, there is also the possibility to build up your own clientele including the fully associated project management.

About the vacancy

In connection with strong growth, we are looking for call center agents that want to strengthen the teams of our partners abroad. These include outbound sales functions, both cold sales, as well as up and cross sell campaigns with existing customers. If you always wanted to work abroad for a while, or if you already live in one of the above countries, then this is your chance to cash in on your language skills and enjoy life in one of the above countries!

What are we looking for?

• Good mastery of 1 of the mentioned languages ​​(Dutch, English, German, French or 1 of the Scandinavian languages).
• You are a go-getter! Achieving and exceeding of targets is for you a daily business.
• Persuasiveness! You are able to convince consumers of the purchase of the product sold by you/the service you have sold.
• An availability of approx. 40 hours per week.
